Everything, written down.
A weaver’s draft is the sheet that says exactly how a cloth is made. This is Heddle’s. Every number here is a constant in the contracts.
On chain
Each coin is its own contract (an ERC-20 that is also the hook of its pool); its page links its source.
The operator
Heddle is not an independent team. It is one of several experimental launchpads built and run by the same solo operator, each trying a different mechanism: Tintype, Moiety, Lehr, Flowgate, Canary, Weir, Forgely and others.
The mill is one wallet. It weaves the house coin, $HDDL, takes 18% of every coin’s thrums, and holds no pool position. Any buy the house makes is made from that wallet, where anyone can see it.
Coins launched here are issued by whoever weaves them, carry no promise of value, and can lose all of it. Heddle is software, not advice.
